Since 1983, Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant has had the honor of welcoming guests from around the world to our table at Hilton Hawaiian Village. As we close this chapter, our hearts are filled with gratitude—for the families who made us part of their Hawaii traditions, the staff who became our ʻohana, and the partners who supported us along the way.

 

Though our dining room has gone quiet, the memories we shared with you will always remain. From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo nui loa for your kindness, loyalty, and aloha over the years. We hope our paths will cross again one day. A hui hou.

1983年から長きにわたり、初花レストラン は Hilton Hawaiian Village にて、世界中からお越しくださる皆さまをお迎えしてきました。

このたび一つの章を終えるにあたり、ハワイの思い出に初花を選んでくださったお客さま、共に歩んでくれたスタッフ、支えてくださったすべての皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

 

レストランの灯りはいったん静かになりますが、皆さまと過ごした時間は、これからも私たちの宝物です。永年のご愛顧、本当にありがとうございました。またいつか、どこかでお会いできますように。
